Course Description:
The course builds on the principles and concepts taught in E/B/L 132, Discussion-Based Design and Evaluation. Participants will be challenged to acquire the advanced knowledge and skills necessary to design/develop, conduct, and evaluate operations-based exercises, including drills and functional exercises. An emphasis is placed on advanced exercise skills needed to successfully complete complex exercise control/simulation tasks and activities. Participants must successfully master these activities during the conduct of the course through the use of proficiency demonstrations.
Selection Criteria:
This is the second course required for EMI Resident MEPP Candidates. Participation limited to EMI Resident MEPP Candidates.
Prerequisites:
The participant must have completed the E/B/L132 Discussion-Based Exercise Design & Evaluation Course
Required:
Status as a current Master Exercise Practitioner Program (MEPP) Candidate.
