The participant must have completed the E/B/L132 Discussion-Based Exercise Design & Evaluation Course and have status as a current Master Exercise Practitioner Program (MEPP) Candidate.
Course Description:
This course is designed for experienced emergency exercise staff to acquire in-depth knowledge and skills related to the exercise development process, including management, control, simulation, and evaluation. An emphasis is placed on the construction of exercise planning documents; staffing and training of team leaders in control, simulation, and evaluation; the development of expected player actions and points of review; and exercise administration and logistics.
Selection Criteria:
This is the third and final course required for EMI Resident MEPP Candidates. Participation limited to EMI Resident MEPP Candidates.
Prerequisites:
The participant must have successfully completed the Master Exercise Practitioner Program (MEPP) courses E/B/L132 and E/B/L133.
