Dates:  May 12-15, 2008

Course Information:  This 4-day conference is designed to provide a review of current and proposed training and exercise programs within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that are applicable to our State and local partners.  It will provide examples of best practices in training and exercises from the Federal, State and local level.  The proposed conference topics are attached.

Course Prerequisite:  None.

Selection Criteria:  It is a requirement that students for this course be State Emergency Management Training and Exercise Officers (STOs/ETOs) and Regional Training Managers and Exercise Officers (RTMs/REOs).  Additional primary audience includes FEMA Regional NIMS contacts and State Administration Agency (SAA) Training and Exercise contacts.  Alternates or substitutions for this course require notification to the RTMs and the Admissions Office at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC).
