This course will provide an overview of the goal writing process for performance management.

Write an Individual Performance Goal with:

• a clear outcome statement;
• a demonstrated alignment to the mission, strategic plan, or operation plan;
• definition of actions, measures, and targets at two distinct levels; and
• finally assign a weight to the goal.
