This course was developed by Dr's. David Brower and Charles Bohl of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It consists of 300 pages and can be used to support an emergency management curriculum. Topics include: the case and context of mitigation, mitigation programs and planning, the broader context of mitigation, looking to the future-public policy trends, and mitigation as a career.
