Independent Study Program (ISP)

The primary audience for the Independent Study Program is national emergency response and recovery personnel of the United States, as well as emergency management personnel of FEMA, and US citizens.

You do not have to be a US citizen to access, download and use the course materials on this website however, we do not provide certificates of completion or process final examinations for Non-US citizens.
