We have made enhancements to our website in which has impacted the exam submission process.

Most issues with submitting exams can be corrected by clearing the internet browsers temporary internet files and cookies.

Sometimes an internet browser will save files to help load the pages quicker at a later date. This can prevent the browser from seeing the most current information and settings.
