Administrative Requirements for
Current FEMA EMI Contract Instructors
- Any lapse of CCR/DUNS or background suitability removes you from the qualified instructor list until the requirements are completely updated. EMI is not responsible for notifying you of your update and upcoming needs on these requirements and will not alert you to get them updated.
- If you allow any of these requirements to lapse, you will get a notice form us notifying you of your ineligibility to be on the Qualified Bidders List due to the lapse.
- Additionally, you must agree to adhere to the Instructor Guidelines, NETC Code of Conduct, Human Dignity Statement, Statement of Work, Instructor Eligibility Notice and any other requirements set forth by the Course Manager and EMI or risk removal from the qualified bidder's list.
