FAQ

Where do I start in the Master Trainer Program?

The level that you would enter the Master Trainer Program is based on two items:

  1. What area are you wishing to develop your knowledge and skills - instructing, instructional design, or training management?
  2. What is your current experience level in that area?

For example, if you wish to increase your knowledge/skill set in instructing, and have been an instructor for several years you do not necessarily need to complete the Basic Instructor Certificate and may want to start with the Instructor Certificate.

How do I become a Master Trainer?

If you wish to complete the Master Trainer Certificate you must first complete the Instructor, Instructional Design, and Training Management certificates.
