Accommodations
State Dam Safety Staff are eligible for free lodging (Please note, rooms on campus are available on a 'first come, first served basis', if there are no rooms available, FEMA will not reimburse for hotel rooms off site).
Federal employees and private sector employees can lodge on campus for $40.00 per night.
Shuttle bus service to and from Baltimore’s BWI airport to the facility is available only for those who will be lodging on the campus:
Travel days are TUESDAY and FRIDAY.
ARRIVAL: Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport
NETC Shuttle departs from terminal promptly at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Tuesday February 19th, 2013
Pickup is near the Lower Level Baggage Areas 13 & 14. There is not a Travelers’ Aid Desk in this location. Buses and vans depart from the outside lane.
DEPARTURE: Transportation departs NETC at 9:30 a.m. on Friday to Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport.
It is highly recommended that you SCHEDULE RETURN FLIGHTS after 1:30 p.m.
Reimbursement for Rental Cars is NOT authorized.
If you do not choose to lodge on campus accommodations are available at many hotels in the Gettysburg, PA area, about ten miles away.
